Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Elite Collision Auto Repair, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Services

Elite Collision Auto Repair provides auto body repair, collision repair, paint and refinishing, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and our standard operating procedures.

Estimates

Estimates provided are based on initial inspection and may be subject to change upon further examination of the vehicle. Additional damage discovered during repair may require supplemental estimates and authorization.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made with insurance companies. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved insurance payments.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms will be provided upon completion of service. The warranty does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, abuse, or neglect.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Collision Auto Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
